555tk Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" refers to the 555tk website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 555tk.io and its subdomains.
• "555tk", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 555tk platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 555tk platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 555tk platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's 555tk account at any given time, including both deposited funds and any awarded bonus funds where specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or rewards credited to a player's account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the player directly using an approved payment method, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be played through before a withdrawal of winnings derived from those bonus funds may be requested.
• "Services" means the casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, crash games, virtual sports, and any other gambling or gaming products offered on the 555tk platform.
• "Applicable Law" means any law, regulation, directive, or official guidance applicable to the player in their jurisdiction of residence.

By accessing the 555tk platform, creating an account, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional or game-specific terms, the more specific terms shall prevail in relation to the relevant promotion or game, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in all other respects.

Use of the 555tk platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the period of account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online gambling activities on the 555tk platform. Players aged 18 to 20 are not permitted to use this platform regardless of any lower age threshold that may apply in other jurisdictions.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of 555tk or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the 555tk platform. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account using your correct login credentials will be attributed to you and treated as authorised, unless you have previously notified 555tk of a compromise of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 555tk immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. 555tk will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

555tk operates a Know Your Customer verification process in accordance with international anti-money laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time, and in particular before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time specified may result in account restriction.

All financial transactions on the 555tk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.
• Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits are credited to the player's account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 555tk does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.
• Players must only use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to the player's account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request submission, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance checks.
• 555tk reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request for up to 72 hours where additional verification is required. Players will be notified of any such delay by email or live chat.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC status, unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

555tk offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to players who have a verified account in good standing. 555tk reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary. Slots generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live table games and sports bets may contribute a reduced percentage or may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless a shorter expiry period is stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance automatically.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at any time. Duplicate bonus claims from the same household, device, IP address, or payment method will be voided.
• 555tk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such change will not affect bonuses already awarded to players who have met the applicable eligibility criteria at the time of the change.

The published RTP for each game represents the theoretical long-term return and does not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

7.1 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or interruption to service, 555tk reserves the right to void any affected game rounds and refund the wager amount to the player's balance. Winnings generated as a result of a game malfunction or technical error will not be honoured. 555tk's liability in respect of any malfunction is limited to the return of the stake placed on the affected round.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 555tk are subject to separate sports betting rules published in the sports section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between those rules and these Terms & Conditions, the sports betting rules shall prevail in respect of sports-related disputes, and these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in all other respects.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555tk platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Opening more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without prior written consent from 555tk.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been obtained.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal of deposits while retaining winnings generated from those funds.
• Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to make deposits into your account.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 555tk staff or other players.

All content on the 555tk platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, audio, video, and game interfaces, is the intellectual property of 555tk or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 555tk.

Any unauthorised use of the platform's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions are reserved by 555tk and its licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555tk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

555tk's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

555tk does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 555tk will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond its reasonable control.

555tk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the 555tk platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Financial transaction data is not retained on 555tk servers following the completion of a transaction. Player account data is retained for the period required under applicable anti-money laundering and record-keeping obligations.

555tk will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. • The player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• The player is below the minimum age of 21 years.
• The account is subject to a self-exclusion request or court order.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• A regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement authority has directed or recommended closure of the account.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, 555tk reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where account closure is initiated by 555tk for reasons unrelated to player breach, any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding withdrawal requests will be completed prior to account closure where the player has met all applicable verification requirements.

555tk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 555tk will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 555tk platform as an international online gaming service.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 555tk, the player should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting the 555tk support team at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. 555tk will acknowledge the complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a final response within 14 business days.

Players acknowledge and agree that online gambling involves an element of financial risk and that game outcomes are determined by certified random processes outside the control of 555tk. Dissatisfaction with a game outcome does not in itself constitute grounds for a dispute claim.
